I'm the new employee and there is a lady who likes to be the office bully. Everyone tiptoes around her and I look at her like she's nuts. She hates me.

I have a workplace bully. She used to upset me, until I talked to everyone else about her. I found out they all dislike her also. So now I just smile when she tries to bully others. Makes her really mad.
