Having some seriously bad side effects from new medication. Talked to my doctor, he said I need to "stick it out as I'm running out of other options". Gotta love mental health problems...

Got medication because my anxiety prevents me sleeping. Won't take the pills because I'm too anxious and paranoid about side effects. I hate my anxiety

I'm cranky on my meds (side effects) and can't drink on them because there will be more side effects if I do. Because of this I feel like my social life is crumbling before my eyes...

I am supposed to start a medication. But I’m terrified to take it because of the potentially life threatening side effects it can have on myself and my son since I am still breastfeeding.

Why are there never any good side effects to medication?
