I say this with no exaggeration. I recently tore my bicep. It tore all the way and is completely dislodged from my bone. It hurt probably half as bad as a kick to the nuts

Getting kicked in the nuts: At first it's like having your wind knocked out. Then a sick, nauseous feeling wells up in the pit of your pelvis up to your stomach & you feel like vomiting. Then it's like pressure on a bruise.
