My step dad almost gave his 3 yr old grandson spoiled milk because he's so cheap! He thinks it wasn't rotten because the date on the jug is "the sell by date not the use by date."

My dad used to gather rain water for our baths to save money on the water bill. Safe to say, I enjoyed the dorms in college! I don't miss those days.
