Finally got promoted. Where I am in my career is where I always wanted to be. I was happy. Then diagnosed with prostate cancer and my fiancee left me. I've never been so confused and lost.

I have been diagnosed w/prostate cancer. Talked w/wife. Gonna have prostate removed. 75% chance I won't be able to get it up after. She says being alive is more important.

I have prostate cancer. My doc said it's from eating too many eggs. I eat eggs at least twice a week but now I have to change that... Veganism here I come I guess.
