For some people, it means moving back into your parents house. For other it means you never left their house. These confessions are from people in their thirties who currently live at home. Their stories and reasons are all so different. May their confessions remind you that everyone has their own path in life and plenty of people are struggling with issues you may have no idea about.

My husband came home and told me I had 30 days to get out of the house we shared. He wants a divorce. I don't. I'm back to living with my parents for the first time in 5 years. I'm 30 and never imagined my life being like this.

That's valid.

I'm 34 and living at home with folks. Why? Because I'm finally getting on my feet after 4 stints in rehab. I am so far from where I came and I have no shame.

Makes sense.

I’m a 30 year old single mom still living at home. I feel like a loser, but I know this is the best option for me and my son. I would only be able to afford rent in a very bad neighborhood right now.

One of the things I hate so much about my life is I'm 30 with my shit together, my sister is 21 living with parents and my brother is 12 living with parents. I'd rather live at home with them. I can't help it.

No regrets!

I spent all my savings on traveling the globe for 3 years. Now I am back living at home at age 31. Do I regret it? Not one bit.

I'm 30 and still living at so I can save for a house. I don't care if you judge me, I am being smart about my future.
