During this celebratory month, cities all over host their own gay pride parades. These events are filled with love and support for LGBTQ members and allies. However, this colorful celebration is a little gloomy for those who are not out of the closet yet. These LGBTQ people are not out of the closet yet and have mixed feelings when pride month rolls around. Their confessions prove that it's still not easy for those struggling to be open and honest about their true identities. May these stories remind you that love is love, and love trumps hate.
